The ABM F2000/3000/4000 are a drum-type food former, designed to form up to 4000 patties per hour or up to 8,000 meatballs per hour. They can form shapes that are round, oval, square, choppette or natural shape portions.
Our patty formers provide precision portion control of hamburgers, meatballs, fish cakes, butter, cheese and certain cookies.
A drum-type former gently shapes portions with minimum pressure. Homemade style patties are deposited onto the discharge conveyor with or without paper for further processing or packaging.
The thickness of your new portion is fully adjustable. As the drum rotates, the piston is pushed out of the drum and a stainless steel wire strips the portion from the piston and your newly formed product is deposited onto the conveyor belt.
For your Bakery/Cookie applications, refer to the BIRO Model B1200. The unique compact design of our forming machines provide uniform production with accurate portion and weight control.
